The FLJudo recently formalized its Federal Performance Project for the Olympiad, marking the entry into phase 2 of the previous program. Its ambition is to set the course in the construction of Performance.
The main points of this project are based on:
-
an opportunity for everyone to reach their highest level of individual performance
-
a general high-level access program based on the acquisition of national technical orientations within the training pathway
-
an individual Performance program taking into account the individual particularities of the athletes in their career plan
-
the notion of a “Triple project” based on a balance between sports performance, education, and personal well-being, an essential condition for succeeding over time while effectively preparing for the post-career
-
a strengthening of collaborations between the clubs and the Federation within a hybrid functioning of the Performance program
-
an openness to clubs in contributing to international experiences
-
deontological and ethical respect: “Performance ‘yes’, but not at any cost.”
A Federal Performance program at the heart of a global development project of the Federation.
The framework is set. The vision is shared. Time to put it into action!
